Is it legal to buy marijuana seeds?
- Yes. Under the Farm Bill Act of 2018, cannabis seeds are legal to purchase and own in the United States. However, always check your local city or state laws for compliance. Minimum age of 18 years is required for purchase.
Refund or Exchange?
All sales are final – no refunds or exchanges.
Once a tracking number is issued, refunds or exchanges cannot be applied.
If replacement seeds are provided, they will come from a different batch of the same strain as the original order.
Order updates may only be made if no tracking number has yet been assigned.
Refund Exceptions:
Packages marked as “returned to sender”, completely unopened and untampered, may be refunded.
Refunds will be processed minus the shipping fee.
Do you ship outside the USA and Canada?
- Yes. We provide discreet worldwide shipping, including the USA and Canada. Delivery times may vary based on your location.
How to Report a Germination Rate Below 80%?
If your seeds achieve less than 80% germination, please call our support team. We’ll review the germination method you used and help identify any possible areas for improvement before you reattempt.
Do you offer free seeds?

How do I get free shipping?
Any order with a subtotal of $200 or more automatically qualifies for free shipping.
How do I submit photos?
Send your photos to info@queseed.com and include your contact information, phone number, and order number.
To be featured on our social platforms, include the strain name and your photos in the email.
Please specify if you’d like to remain anonymous, or provide your social media handles and tags for proper credit.
How do I become a vendor?

How can I track my package?

Once your package ships, you will receive a tracking number by email to follow your delivery status.
What type of packaging is provided with my seed order?
Wholesale Orders (USA & Canada): Seeds are shipped in tailored packaging for each cultivar.
E-Commerce Orders (USA & Canada): Orders are shipped in standard, non-branded packaging for discretion.
International Orders: All shipments are sent in plain, discreet packaging with no branding.
This ensures your seeds are delivered safely, securely, and with the privacy you expect.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Bitcoin, and cash. For Canadian customers, Interac E-Transfers are also available.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours. Delivery within the USA and Canada usually takes 5–14 business days, depending on shipping method and location.

International Shipments
Any shipment outside of Canada, the United States, and US Territories is considered an international order.
International orders require a minimum of 20 seeds per order or a subtotal of at least $200.
Please note: No 80% germination guarantee is offered on international shipments.
Transit delays may occur; there are no guaranteed delivery dates, but all packages include a USPS tracking number.

Money Orders: Any money order made out to Crop King Seeds or referencing “Seeds” will be returned to the sender. Please ensure payments are made out exactly as instructed.
MoneyGram: Payments are accepted electronically.
High-Value Orders: Any order over $420 USD/CAD requires signature and identity confirmation at purchase and again upon delivery.

Shipping Costs:
Orders under $200 subtotal are subject to a $20 shipping fee.
Domestic Shipping:
USA Orders: Ship domestically from Los Angeles, California via USPS Priority Tracking (includes all 50 states and US territories).
Canada Orders: Ship domestically from Vancouver, BC via Canada Post.
Estimated Delivery Times:
Packages are shipped with an estimated 3–7 day arrival window from the day a tracking number is applied.

Filing Claims for Issues:
If delays, damages, or losses occur after the package has left our warehouse, customers must file a claim directly with their local mail carrier:Canada Post (Canada):
USPS (USA & International):
Important:
Packages lost in transit or stolen require a postal service claim number before reshipment.
Packages with a “Delivered” status also require a claim number. Any secondary package must be shipped with Signature Verification or an updated address.
Germination Guarantee
Germination must be attempted using our outlined germination guide (included with every order).
Seeds must be germinated with bottled spring water only. (Tap water, RO water, distilled water, well water, etc. do not qualify for replacements.)
Once a taproot appears and sprouts are placed into plain potting soil (with no nutrients or fertilizers), the germination guarantee is considered met. From that point, plant growth is the grower’s responsibility.
Seeds must not be germinated using a plastic bag, coverings, or heating mats, as these methods void the guarantee.
Guarantee Terms:
An 80% germination rate is promised on all pack sizes when the guide is followed correctly.
Orders are eligible for one-time product replacement per order.
Guarantee applies up to two years after purchase, provided seeds are stored properly and the outlined method is used.
We are not responsible for environmental conditions or plant outcomes beyond germination.
